In 1991 he founded the two chamber ensembles Collegium vocale and Collegium instrumentale Bochum which he still directs. He has made a name as a conductor through recordings and concert tours worldwide, as well as many concerts with international soloists, choirs, and orchestras (including the Bochumer Symphoniker).
He was made an honorary professor in 2008. Jaskulsky is chairman of the “Internationaler Arbeitskreis für Musik e.V.” From 2011 to 2018 he was President of the “Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Chorverbände e.V.”.
